Goal is an achievement that is planned: whether it be personal or in your business career.

It is a dream that you can turn into reality. Everybody has dream & aspirations but when you turn those dreams into targets and devise a plan of action, then you have a real goal. Thinking about goal is very important. However, without the Vehicle or the tools to achieve them, your goal can become useless. Fortunately for us at Bright MCI we can crystalise our goal & therefore make a game plan on how to achieve Them. By hitting short-term goals we inevitably hit long term ones. Everything depends On hitting goals and the best way to hit any goal is to have people help you to achieve them. Like a Coach and his Football team, the coach can't win without the Team & can't win without the coach. Once you add all this to your own ambition and you are sincere towards your goal, the sky is the limit so let's make 2002 a year to hit our goals and get our share of the pie.
